Person of Interest Review: The Return of Kara (2/1/2013)
Just occurred to me, there *was* a "number" in this episode; we got it in the previous episode: Nicholas Donnelly, the FBI agent. Finch received the number at the end of last epi. I really liked the fact that Fusco had recognized Carter's earring and rescued it before she even came on the scene. And I found it fascinating that Mr. formal-last-names Finch called Carter "Joss." There's some fine plotting and characterization being set up here. OK, I'll shut up now.

Person of Interest Review: The Return of Kara (1/31/2013)
Couple things: Number one, the past four episodes have actually been a real-time arc of about 4-5 days. Number two, Kara had to die because Annie Parisse has a new gig (on The Following, I think). Personally I thought it was a great episode, doling out answers, triggering new questions, and setting up all kinds of future complications.

Person of Interest Review: Taxi Driver (12/7/2012)
Fearful that it's being set up for Reese to "have no way out" but Fusco throws himself on his sword, so to speak, thereby saving Reese, leaving his family to mourn a hero, not a loser. Not happy because I've grown to love Lionel. Have nothing to back this up other than (quoting Reese here, ironic, yes?) as a writer, that's what *I* would do. Set Fusco up in a lose/lose situation so that his sacrifice creates a win.
