   Wow guys. I can't believe you're not getting this reference at all! Damon has slept with Katherine therefore Damon has seen Katherine naked. Since Elaina is Katherin's double...there isn't anything Elaina is hiding in that scene that Damon hasn't already seen. The reference has to do very specifically with Damon reminding Stefan that he's slept with Katherine and that means he knows exactly what it's like to see Elaina naked. It has nothing to do with any other women that he's been with, we know Damon is a slut. That's a given.

   i think it means that all throughout his life, he's seen everything and that he'll always be rich because of it. hell knows i haven't seen half of the world in my life. but who cares? DAMON IS SEXY!!!!!!!

   He said it because they were naked/almost naked and he has seen naked women before so he wasn't phased by it...at all.

   Maybe it's a primitive interpretation, but I think that when they are all like "Damon, what the hell?! Get out!" because they're in an intimate moment and naked, Damon, being the Casanova that's seen everything, simply states that there's nothing new they can show him. But that's just my interpretation :)

   Think it means that if he sees one of them naked he'll throw a dollar at it cos thats what they use to cover up explicit material on tv sometimes :) and also cos he's seen katherine and he probably think they are the same although they dont.
