Ray: Yeah. Couture, which I'm pretty sure is French for expensive. [Felicity handles the dress, smelling it and whining] So, dinner? Purely platonic.

Ray: Wow. You look ridiculous. Which I mean in a good way that's not creepy. You look beautiful.
Felicity: Oh. I think it's the dress.

Please, call me Felicity, and I don't blame you for not wanting to sell Ray your mine, because you don't know what his plans are. The thing about Ray is he's not a businessman. Businessmen make deals, they make money. What Ray is, is something else entirely.
