Gabi: I would. When I first met you, you barged into my hotel room, demanding tickets to the Dimera Gala. And then you showed up here, demanding a promotion.

Paulina: Now I know Alex is a bit of a loose cannon.
Johnny: That's one way to put it.
Paulina: But he's also a pretty convincing scapegoat. Now I want to talk about you and Chanel and you keep making the conversation about Alex.
There's nothing to talk about. We're not giving those two vultures our paper. Now, since neither one of you have produced anything worthwhile in your life, I'm sure you cannot comprehend the amount of work and pain that this man -- your friend, your father, put into this paper.

Paulina: Now finish telling me what happened when you saw Alex sucking Allie's lemons.
Chanel: Can't we talk about anything else? Like the weather?
Paulina: Chanel.
Chanel: Okay, fine. So when me and Johnny came back here, we started reminiscing about when we were together and then one thing led to another and we almost kissed.
Paulina: Oh, Lord give me strength. Chanel! Again?
Chanel: I said ALMOST. Okay? Johnny realized it would be a mistake.
Paulina: Oh. Whew. For once in his life, Casanova showed some common sense.
Chanel: He's a decent guy, Mama. And he's been a really good friend to me through all of this.
Paulina: Chanel, I know the past few months have been very difficult. Between the arrest and now the civil suit, it's been a lot. And you know I am here for you. I will always be here for you. But Allie is your girlfriend and you need her support too.
Chanel: I wish I had it. And I wish I could be there to support her too.
Paulina: Well, it's time to stop wishing and start acting now. You need to move back in with Allie.
Chanel: You're kicking me out?
Paulina: No, of course not. My home will always be your home. But if you want to fix things with the woman that you love, you can't do it by sitting around my kitchen or sitting at the bar with your ex-husband. You need to go handle your business.
Chanel: You used to make these [heart-shaped waffles] every Valentine's Day back in Florida.
Paulina: Well, I thought I'd revive the tradition, especially since you're staying here with me until you and Allie work things out.
Chanel: About that. After last night, I may be staying here longer than expected.
Paulina: Why? What happened last night?
Chanel: I almost cheated on Allie.
Paulina: Chanel Dupree, how many times do I have to say this? You, alcohol, and cute boys -- or girls -- do not mix.
Johnny: I think I should go.
Chanel: This time, I'm the one who's leaning in for a kiss. I want this.
Johnny: I don't want to hurt Allie and I don't think you do either.
Chanel: You're right. I have to be loyal to Allie even though she doesn't deserve it.
Alex: Why aren't you chasing after Chanel?
Allie: Why aren't you chasing after Stephanie?
Alex: Because she doesn't want me. But Chanel loves you. I see the way she looks at you. You should swallow your pride and go after her.
Allie: The only thing I want to swallow is more tequila.

Julie: You know, I used to love going through the old photo albums. But the older I get, the more I realize how many people we've lost, people that Doug and I never expected to outlive.

Julie: I agree. [To Doug] I cherish every single moment I have with you, and all the people I love. I just wish all of them could be as lucky as we are.
