You're right, it depends what version you are watching - Ken Hotate says Matchbox Twenty originally, but in the extended cut, it is Rachael Ray.

Actually, I watched the original airing of the episode and it did originally say Matchbox 20. I'm not quite sure why they changed it.

Actually he says they love Rachel Ray, not Matchbox 20. Good try though.
