So maybe I'm just slow to catch on, but I never understood the whole "DP" thing. DP stands for double penetration. So when tony hayward said that, there was that picture behind him of the "earth" being "drilled into" in two places. Now it makes since to me when they drill into the moon, and he says, "oh, she'll take it alright", because you can obviously see what that looks like now.
