Winter is coming and it brings cold temps and snow to Brooklyn. This wouldn't be such a problem, but they have Chestnut living in their cramped backyard, and it's not a great shelter from the weather.
Max convinces Peach to adopt Chestnut as her pet so she can look more interesting to a Real Housewives of Tribeca casting search. It's a perfect set up, but it means Caroline has to face the old crowd who left her in the cold once she lost her old money. She's able to do so, and Chestnut can finally enjoy a cozy stable. Both Caroline, and Max find the goodbye to Chestnut difficult.
