Liz and Kenneth know Tracy is somewhere in New York, so they go off searching for him.  After finding out he left his hidden warehouse two weeks ago, Liz finally realizes that he's been staying at her apartment.  Once they find him at Liz's place, he agrees to come back to TGS if he can be a crazy person again.

Pete is the butt of Reggie's jokes.  After realizing he is the man at arm wrestling, Pete challenges Reggie to a match in front of everyone.  Pete sees Reggie getting ridiculed by his ex-wife and son, so he decides to throw the arm wrestling match.

Jenna is shooting a soft core porn thriller in Connecticut, but they shut down production because the state doesn't think they're promoting Connecticut positively.  Jack finds out this movie was originally his project so he helps Jenna turn the movie into a positive, family friendly, tourist video.
