Liz finds a new pair of jeans that make her butt look really good. She thinks the store they came from is environmentally friendly, but it is actually owned by Halliburton.

Regina Bookman is about to be elected to Congress, so Jack tries to help the man running against her, Steve Austin. Austin turns out to be a nut who's campaign strategy is centered around being a baby.

Tracy has a new movie coming out with Oscar buzz and the Hollywood Free Press Association wants to do a story on him.  Jenna pretends to help him out so that she can sabotage his chances.

Jenna loves Tracy's movie so much that she comes clean about her plan to sabotage him.  Once Liz realizes Jenna and Tracy are doing the right thing, she finally decides to give up her jeans.  That leads to Jack giving up on Steve Austin and letting him speak his own crazy mind.
