The bad news: 90210 airs its final episode of 2009 next week.

The good news: we've posted a slew of photos previewing "Winter Wonderland," which focuses on an annual West Beverly dance - and, of course, who will be accompanying whom to the event.

We know fans are buzzing about which character will attempt suicide later in the season. But try to focus on the photos below for now...

Holy 90210 Spoiler Alert: Suicide Attempt Ahead!

Over the last couple weeks on 90210, Jen has been exposed as a lying skank; Jasper has pushed Navid down a flight of stairs; and Adrianna has fallen off the wagon.

But these development pale in comparison to an upcoming event on the series:

Sources confirm to TV Guide that a major character will soon attempt suicide! The action will fail, but the publication says it "will spell the end of one main character's time on the show."

The obvious question, therefore: Who will try to off him/herself? Possibilities include:

  • Adrianna: She may be trying to kick her drug habit, but she has no friends these days and is a known basket case.
  • Annie: When she discovers just what kind of a man she gave her precious flower to, might she react in the most dramatic way possible?
  • Kelly: She wasn't exactly the most stable person back in the day. Could former demons return to haunt her?
  • Teddy: Simply because he's considered a "main character" this season, but Teddy Donovan is not listed as a series regular.

Do you have any guesses on who will be leaving the show and why? Share them in our forum or in the comments section below.

As you ponder this huge spoiler, check out the trailer for next wee's 90210 episode, the final new installment of 2009:

90210 Music: "And Away They Go"

As discussed in our 90210 Round Table, it wasn't the greatest episode this show has ever produced.

In fact, "And Away We Go" was a general letdown all around.

But, with one more hour remaining in 2009, the most recent developments did move various storylines forward:

Will Annie and Naomi make up? Who will Ryan date next? Do you wanna see Silver keep kissing Teddy or jump back into bed with Dixon?

At the Races

As fans ponder and debate these questions, we've updated our 90210 music section. You might as well enjoy some tunes as you consider the month of reruns that kicks off in a week.

90210 Round Table: "And Away They Go"

Welcome, readers, to a new edition of the 90210 Round Table!

As touched on in our review of "And Away They Go," we were disappointed by the events from this episode - but also excited by the possibilities they opened up for future storylines and relationships.

We hope fans are discussin developments in-depth in our 90210 forum and, as always, we encourage feedback to the topics analyzed below...

Did Liam and company's revenge against Jen live up to the hype?
M.L. House: Not even close. It didn't even make much sense. They shelled out money to purchase her random, expensive gifts; and hired some actor... all to simply lure her into a room? I don't know who the brains behind this operation was, but he/she spent about .6 seconds coming up with it.

Dr. Shepherd: No. The commercials made it seem like the entire hour would be focused on some cool, fun, suspenseful, intricate plot. Instead, Jasper and Annie's relationship got just as much air time. It was an insult to Ocean's 11 when Dixon compared their scheme to that movie.

The Barnacle: Who cares?!? Jen is gone! Woo-hoo! Now Ryan can move on and Liam can be let out of the doghouse.

Are you on Team Naomi or Team Ivy?
M.L. House: Team Ivy! That girl is awesome! She's laid back enough to have sex with Liam, help him seek vengeance against another woman he banged and is willing to keep their relationship on the down low. Plus, she surfs!

Dr. Shepherd: Team Neither. Naomi and Liam have nothing in common; and Ivy's voice is lower than most males. I actually think Liam and Silver make sense. They both enjoy a good brooding.

The Barnacle: Team Naomi. It's easy to forget the end of last season, but remember how these two bonded at the dance? There's a unique bond between them.

90210 Review: "And Away They Go"

Well, that was a major letdown.

The CW hyped this episode of 90210 like it would be an hour of fun-filled, Ocean's 11-style revenge against Jen. Instead, Dixon, Liam, Teddy and Ivy simply lured Naomi into a room and ensured that she overheard her sister's sex confession.

It really wasn't that incredible of a plan; far from it, in fact. Somewhere, Danny Ocean is shaking his head in disappointment.

The revelation that Jen slept with Liam does have interesting, long-lasting ramifications, at least. Read our full recap of "And Away They Go" now and see what we mean below...

Day at the Races

Naomi and Annie: Friends again? We actually prefer these two as enemies, but Annie has been on her own (and stuck in an increasingly boring relationship) for far too long now. It will be nice to see her back in the main fold.

Liam: A wanted man? We're not exactly sure what the appeal of this brooder is, but both Ivy and Naomi are clearly after him now. As we discovered near the end of this episode, Ivy knows how to play dirty. Let the games begin! (And let's hope they're more exciting than this week's lame game at the track.)

Ryan and Kelly: Back on? Mr. Matthews finally saw the evil light and kicked Jen to the curb. It never made sense why these two were dating anyway. Might he go after Kelly again? Do you want him to?

Hal Ozsan Lands Recurring Role on 90210

Phew. Now, Navid will have more time to dedicate toward helping Adrianna with her drug problem.

The character will soon be receiving some assistance at The Blaze, as Hal Ozsan has landed a recurring role on 90210: he'll debut early in 2010 as a teacher that's in charge of the school paper.

Hal Ozsan

Ozsan has appeared on a number of shows, including Kyle XY and Californication. He was most recently seen as Patrick on Supernatural this season, guest-starring on the episode "The Curious Case of Dean Winchester."

90210 Casting for Teddy's Father, Famous Pop Singer

In early 2010, 90210 will feature a pair of famous faces. Or at least a pair of fictional famous faces.

Allow us to explain.

The CW sent out a casting notice this week for Teddy's father, Spencer Montgomery. As the show has mentioned numerous times, he's a major, Academy Award-winning star. Look for him to appear in at least four episodes.

Meanwhile, 90210 is also seeking an actor to play a character named Jonah. He's a well-known pop singer that will romance a series regular for a few weeks.

90210 Clip: The Return of Sixon?!?

As fans head home for Thanksgiving this week, 90210 will take a break.

But soon after viewers fill up on turkey, the show returns on December 1 with an episode that will whet the appetite's of Sixon fans everywhere.

Indeed, the trailer for "And Away They Go" focuses on Liam and company's plans to take down Jen. But at least one scene during the hour teases a reconciliation between Silver and Dixon, much to the chagrin of Teddy.

Check it out now:

In a recent interview, Jessica Stroup (Silver) made it clear that Dixon "is not out of the picture" for her character.

Surprisingly, a majority of 90210 fans appear to think Silver should date Teddy next, as opposed to her ex-boyfriend with whom she broke up earlier this season. Do you have a preference?

Let it be heard NOW!

Matt Lanter Spills 90210 Relationship Secrets, Spoilers

A few months ago, before he was even a regular 90210 cast member, the TV Fanatic staff talked exclusively to Matt Lanter.

Now, TV Guide Magazine has followed our lead. The publication spoke to the actor that plays Liam this week, asking him about his character's future on The CW hit. A few excerpts follow...

On Liam's future: There is a stranger from Liam’s past that comes back into his life. He has a strong influence on him so I think there’s some rough stuff coming up for Liam and this character.

On a reconciliation with Naomi: They’re kind of each other’s kryptonite. We’re going to see them go through some ups and downs but I’m hoping they’re going to be a strong couple.

What about Ivy? When Liam and Naomi start to talk things out after the whole Jen thing, Ivy is a little bit jealous. She doesn’t really want to give Liam up yet.

Teddy or Dixon? Jessica Stroup Teases Future Relationships on 90210

Her character may have just lost her mother on 90210, but Jessica Stroup says Silver won't have much time to mourn before her dating life starts up again.

In an interview with The Los Angeles Times, Stroup says she's grown excited about a potential Silver/Teddy pairing.

“It just didn’t feel natural [at first]," the actress said. "The more I got to know him and the storyline, though, it felt more organic. His mother had cancer and he just honestly wants to be there for [Silver] and doesn’t want to push any sort of sexual attraction on it.”

Teddy and Silver Photo

So, gives us the scoop, Jessica: Will Silver and Teddy hook up?

“You’re going to see that there’s going to be some ups and downs in this one, but I’m kind of excited to see where they’re going with it. But I’m having a great time filming scenes.”

As for Dixon, Stroup says that relationship is far from over.

“You might see some guy fights over the girl,” she teased. “It’s going to be a roller coaster ride with the boys and Silver this year. For sure, Dixon is not out of the picture.”

Who do you wanna see Silver date next? Chime in now:

Teddy
