- Delilah says that she wants to move to France for what sounds like purely selfish reasons of not dealing with other people's scrutiny. She tells Eddie that she isn't taking Charlie away because he can see her whatever he wants and she'll be there summers.
- Danny and his friend overhear and he says that he's not going to France.
- Sophie returns the diary and updates the Gregorys. She bonds with Georgia and tells her about Jon.
- Gary tells Darcy that he can relocate with his job. He looks at homes with her, but when he brings up a nursery and potential kids, she gets squirrely.
- Darcy says she doesn't want to have another kid because she doesn't want Liam to feel how she did when her parents got remarried.
- A big restuarant conglomerate wants to take over Someday's lease. It could pay off their condo.
- Gina signs paperwork over to get out of Someday.
- Rome goes after Tyrell when he disappears probably to go after Kyle. Tyrell tries to talk to Kyle who keeps trying toa avoid him.
- Eddie tells Katherine about Gary and Darcy, and they argue about supervised visitation again. He brings up the burns Theo got when threatening her.
- Kyle shares that Tyrell's mother got deported doing something for him.
- Gary and Delilah get into it about her decision after Danny confronts her. It gets BRUTAL.
- Delilah thinks about Jon and breaks a photo.
- Sophie tells Maggie that she wants to be a guest on her podcast
- Gary goes to talk to his father. He apologizes to him for changing his name. He brings him dinner and asks him for an alibi. Javier agrees no questions asked.
- Eddie stops by Katherine's to tell her that he has a new agreement where they have joint custody and he agrees to take a weekly drug test. If he fails, Katherine gets sole custody.
- Sophie names Peter on Maggie's podcast.
- Gary goes to Peter's house, puts a bag over his head and tosses him inside.
- Eddie answers a blocked number and a woman says she's the one responsible for hitting him.
