Erica is puzzled when Jackson wonders how things are going with her and Samuel. Babe complains to JR about Kendall and Greenlee jetting off to Vegas without giving a second thought to all the work they're leaving behind.

Meanwhile, a nervous Randi reports for her first day on the job at Fusion. Carmen returns to the Chandler mansion and advises an annoyed Adam to start taking better care of himself.

Krystal hesitantly confesses to Tad how she kissed her ex-husband but swears it was just a moment of weakness. JR again presses Babe to let him buy Fusion for her so she can run the company the right way.

Jack suggests to Erica that she go for it with Samuel because it's time for all of them to move on with their lives.

Amanda reveals how she knew all along that her new employee used to be a prostitute but assures an agitated Randi her past doesn't matter.

Determined to whip the entire Chandler clan into shape, Carmen proceeds to dispense some sisterly advice to Colby.

After Babe turns him down once more, JR attempts to convince Adam to help him take control of a certain cosmetics company.

Carmen teaches a giggling Colby to dance the salsa. Amanda encourages Randi to believe she can go as far as she wants in her new career.

Tad and Krystal agree to make a fresh start by leaving some old baggage behind. Later, Kathy is upset to spot her dad and Krystal kissing.
