With Greenlee in a coma, Angie urges her patient's worried friends and family not to lose hope. Startled to catch a glimpse of Jesse in the hall, Tad wonders if he was hallucinating. Kendall has a bizarre conversation with Ryan, whose declaration of love throws her for a loop. Meanwhile, Zach lends an ear to Annie when she confides how her husband seems to have no memory of her or their daughter. Tad consoles Angie as she wishes Jesse could be there to help their son. Aidan sits beside Greenlee's hospital bed while Erica lends her moral support to Jackson. Angie thinks of a way to help Frankie and Greenlee recover. Both patients begin to show signs of improvement. Zach explains to Kendall how Ryan has lost four years worth of memories.
