A murder takes place which leads the police to believe that a copycat serial killer is on the loose. When a man Kennex's father put away years before reveals that new evidence had come to light just before Kennex senior was murdered, John and Dorian consider that the wrong man has been behind bar and the real serial killer is on the loose.
