- The team investigate a hospital that is under the influence of an Alpha. Cameron, Bill, and Rachel all have separate hallucinations from the Alpha. With a little help from Gary and Rosen they are able to bring the Alpha, a patient in a coma, under control and awake.
- Nina is asked by Rosen to push a senator to find out what Stanton Parrish's August Medical is up to. It turns out a device that measures brain activity that was used on the Alpha of the week is made by his company. Rosen contemplates whether they should call Skylar.
