Roy spins out of control on this episode of Arrow. How will he be stopped?

Roy goes from comatose to crazy in a split second.

Thea tries to change the venue of Moira's upcoming fundraising event, but Moira tells her she has a contract. This happens during a press interview when Moira is talking about being a mother.

Flashback to Laurel and Oliver as a couple and Moira being a mom. Oliver tells Moira he got a girl pregnant, and it isn't Laurel.

Arrow and Canary are searching for Roy. He attacked two people before running into Sin. He attacks another guy and Sin next.

Thea reminds Oliver that his lies cost him their relationship not Slade.

Sin goes to Verdant looking for Thea and tells Sara Roy needs help, not a beat down.

Moira goes to Sebastian Blood to tell him she's pulling out of the mayoral race. She's choosing motherhood over politics.

Flashback to Oliver and Moira discussing his predicament.

Canary and Arrow got to Sin's when she reports Roy is there. He takes Canary out and Oliver then appeals to Roy. Roy puts the beat down on Oliver and goes out to be confronted by police. He kills at least one before he runs.

Diggle lurks protecting Thea and tells her she should forgive her mother and give her a second chance.

Oliver's knee is shot and he's crushing up pills to try to speed up the healing.

Thea talks to Sin about what's going on with Roy. Sin tells her the truth, and Thea wonders if Oliver knows.

Roy is having visions of Thea where she says everything is her fault, she missed his cry for help when he broke up with her and he should hurt her or, better yet, kill her.

Oliver learns his mother is conceding the race. They meet and she tells him she knows.

Flashback to Moira meeting with the girl who claims to be pregnant by Oliver. She gives her a check for a million dollars to tell Oliver she lost the baby. She offers another million when she returns to Central City.

Instead of dropping out of the election, Moira takes Oliver's advice and stays in the race.

Thea takes the podium to try to draw Roy to Verdant.

Oliver decides to pump his knee full of lidocaine so he fight Roy. 

Roy enters Verdant and starts fighting. He pummels Diggle and Canary pulls a gun on him.

Sin steps in front of Roy and he pushes her out of the way. Roy tells Canary to kill him. Arrow shoots Roy with 3 poison darts.

Sara tells Oliver she would have killed Roy. She then breaks up with Oliver because she cares too much to be with him. 

Sin tells Sara she knew she wouldn't hurt Roy because she's not a killer. Sara hugs Sin and says goodbye.

Moira protects Oliver when Thea asks where he was. Thea then says he knew about Roy. She accuses them of hurting her by keeping secrets.

Moira starts to tell Oliver and Thea that Malcolm is alive when their car is assaulted.

Slade has Moira and Thea in the same position as Sara and Shado. He begs that Slade choose him, but he forces Oliver to choose. Moira stands up and offers herself as a sacrifice. Slade doesn't shoot her, but pierces her with a long blade.

Flashback: Oliver talking on the phone with the girl who says she lost her baby. Moira tells him someday her fondest hope for him is to be a father.
