... Katie (Terri Colombino) watches outside the church as Carly pleads with Jack to tell her he wants "forever" with her. Instead, he says he loves her but stops there. Carly lightens up and heads into church groom....

... In the church foyer, Paul refuses to give Meg (Marie Wilson) a sample for his DNA to be tested. When she clutches her stomach in pain, Craig interrupts and is relieved that she's okay... He starts to blast Paul for bothering Meg but she admits that it was she who approached Paul...

... Rosanna welcomes Jack and Carly inside as Lily urges Carly to tell Jack the truth. At the farm a hurt Katie runs to Brad's arms and then presses him to "guess" that Carly has something planned for after the wedding...

... Katie rushes back to the church so that Carly won't make a fool of Jack but heads back to her place after Brad suggests Jack really loves Carly (Maura West). Katie thanks Brad. Inside, guilt-ridden Carly stops the ceremony to reveal to Jack and everyone else that she's "not dying after all."

... Everyone congratulates Carly until Jack asks her how long she's known. After Rosanna escorts everyone back to the foyer, Carly tells Jack "weeks" and asks him to give her one more chance...

... At the farm Holden guesses Lily knew Carly's secret and she confirms it but argues that it was not her secret to tell. Paul hands Meg a lock of hair but asks her not to call him when she confirms the results he already knows... P.I. Fellows calls Rosanna about Meg dropping off two samples at the lab...
