Hearing Dusty's taking full responsibility for the bomb, Meg worries to Damian about his decision.

Damian urges her to let Dusty does as he pleases as long as it doesn't involve her.

Though Bonnie argues against pleading guilty, she accompanies him to his hearing where she introduces Meg as a witness to what led up to the bomb at the warehouse.

Before she can say a word, Paul interrupts and claims that he provoked Dusty. He insists that he doesn't want to be a problem for Dusty ever again.

Thrilled by the back-to-college gift, Luke thanks Noah but reports that he's taken a job at Grimaldi shipping. Stunned, Noah lets Luke know how upset he is that they won't be in school together.

Luke claims you don't need to go to college to be successful and insists that this is the only thing that makes sense to him.

Noah's advisor interrupts and invites Luke to join them tonight for a screening of his just-completed movie.

Turning down the offer, Luke rudely states that he doesn't want to disappoint anyone and walks out.

Later, he apologizes to Noah who assures him he supports whatever he wants to do. When Emily meets Paul and tells him he has many good qualities, he somberly states that he also has a tendency to hurt people.

Hunter interupts and warns Emily that Lucinda is back at the office looking for her. Emily confronts Lucinda who announces that she is relieving her as editor.

Emily blames Hunter for losing her job and ends up going home with Paul. Later, Hunter tells Lucinda he's quitting.
