... When Brad laughs at her claim that she is dying, Carly suddenly has a terrible headache. He realizes that she's not kidding and she states that she has a lesion and less than a month or two to live. When Brad wants to call Jack, Rosanna, Kim and others for help, Carly won't allow it and gets him to promise to keep his mouth shut. He warns she's cheating her kids by keeping them in the dark.

• ... After he leaves, Carly watches her wedding video...
• ... Lily worries when Dusty fails to return any of her calls...

... Win dumps a drugged Dusty into the trunk of his car and grabs his ringing cellphone but before he shuts the door, Dusty grabs him but ends up on the wrong end of handgun. He does get Win to confirm that he killed Cheri so that Noah wouldn't find out that she is his mother. Win remembers how he drugged Dusty and then shot Cheri before taking the murder weapon and placing it in Dusty's hand...

... Dusty grabs the tire iron but Win shoots him first and then heads up to Dusty's Lakeview suite to plant some evidence. Noah pleads with Maddie to give their relationship a chance but she refuses and urges him to give Luke a chance because he's a really good guy. Lily tells Luke that Win warned her about Luke's influence on his son. She adds that she also had a talk with Noah so he lays into her for giving him a "gay pride pep talk." ...

... Later, Noah thanks Luke (Van Hansis) for talking with Maddie because she's agreed they can remain friends. But Noah wonders how he's going to tell his father that he's gay. Lily slips into Dusty's suite and when she can't find him, she places another call to Dusty as Win takes aim with the gun. He opts not to shoot as she exits without looking further.

... Meanwhile, Dusty comes to and tries to escape from the trunk...
