-Jamie and Vinny witness Noni jump off a roof and commit suicide with her infant son. She says she couldn't escape the gang violence at The Bitterman Houswing Project.  The baby's father, Ricky won't let her leave and she won't watch her son turn into a monster.

-Frank is upset because the DA's office won't prosecute cases if the victim won't testify but that means that victim's in these projects will never find justice because they know if they testify they'll be hurt or killed by the gangs at home.

-The leader of the gang, Santana warns Danny to back off or there will be consequences. Later, Jamie and Vinny are called to The Bitterman projects and ambushed. Vinny is shot and killed.

-The mayor puts pressure not the DA to change his unofficial policy and he agrees. Danny tells Santana that all 35,000 NYPD officers will be looking to take the Bitterman projects back from the gang.
