When Senator Ted McCreary is pulled over with his Deputy Chief of Staff, Jlll Weinstein driving while under the influence, she gives the officer a hard time. The Senator pulls out his Police Commissioner’s courtesy card. The Senator goes to Frank and wants him to make her DUI go away. He's married and doesn’t want their affair to get out to his wife and the press. He even threatens to bring a questionable incident concerning a shooting from Frank’s past as a police officer back into the spotlight. Frank not only doesn’t give in to the Senator’s threats, he calls Ms Farrell, the reporter and agrees to do an on camera interview to discuss the rumors about the incident in question.

Danny and Baez investigate the murder of a reality TV show chef which leads back to his Russian realtor and a 16 year old boy who confesses to the crime. Meanwhile Jamie and Eddie must figure out if a strange incident involving a game in the park is a case of stalking or simply a breakup gone bad.
