Danny and Baez's informant, Javier Rojas testifies against a major drug dealer but ends up with a price on his head when the US Marshals back out on his deal for witness protection. Going against orders, Danny and Baez do all they can to protect him, including going to the press but it's Lt. Carver's help that turns the case.
Frank tries to figure out if an altercation where an officer's body camera went out is a case of a malfunction or if the officer turned it off. It takes a technicians report and a bystander's video recording of the event to clear the officer of any wrong doing.

Nicky's friend goes to Erin to report being raped in her dorm room three months earlier. The school convinced her not to report it and to go through their disciplinary panel which dismissed her case. When Erin finds out that the Dean of Students hid Hannah's torn, bloody skirt, she presses charges against the woman but she doesn't have enough evidence to charge Hannah's attacker with rape.
