At his hearing, Nucky runs into an old acquaintance and tries to solicit some help in his fight to take down the Attorney General. Eli and Mickey look into the shootout in Tabor Heights and are told Rosetti skipped town. Lucky gets caught by Gillian, trying to give heroin to one of the girls. Gillian meets a handsome young man on the boardwalk who reminds her of her lost son. Nucky retreats to the home of Billie while Margaret and Owen rekindle their affair. Richard Harrow meanwhile meets the daughter of a veteran he helps out after a fight.
