-Joe Sanella's body is found in the freezer of his restaurant in a pool of blood. He was hit on the head and left to freeze to death.

-Henry, Joe's brother-in-law is a possible witness but his dementia keeps him from being reliable. Henry's son, Anthony is a suspect since he came back to help take care of his dad but resents being trapped in the family business.

-Annabelle, offered to buy out the restaurant and franchise it for $2 million but Joe turned her down. Anthony's wife, Karen killed Joe and left him in the freezer when he refused to sell and told Karen she'd never truly be a part of the family.

-Megan helps diagnose that Henry doesn't have Allzheimer's but a different cause for his dementia which can be cured.

-Dani convinces Peter to meet with his biological father. Peter is upset to learn that his mother died shortly after he was born and his father gave him up because he was still in high school.
