A body is left on Hodgins and Angela's bed canopy and flower petals are left in Michael Vincent's crib. Hodgins and Angela call Booth and Bones and the four determine that this is the work of Pelant and begin a closed investigation. Booth and Flynn track Pelant to the headquarters of a mercenary firm, Serberus. Pelant escapes but not before Booth is able to wound him.
