-Mars O'Connell kills his mother and escapes from prison with the help of his girlfriend Starla. The two go on a killing spree.
-After killing a State Trooper and a woman in a convenience store, the pair takes a family hostage and lie low in their home.
-Starla heads to a nearby store and Shea spots her as she leaves. The team captures her but she won't tell them where Mars is.
-Ray comes up with a plan where Starla takes he and Lloyd hostage and takes them back to Mars. The plan works. Mars and Starla are captured and the hostages are freed. Lloyd is furious that Ray didn't let him in on the plan.
-Julianne decides to make a move on Ray and kisses him. He pushes her away.
-Lloyd tells Ray to stop using Julianne's feelings for him. Ray claims that isn't what he's doing and tells Lloyd to back off.
