A group of U.S. Marshals forms a special team of convicts on the premiere, with the goal of tracking down escaped convicts.

-Tilman escapes from prison where he was doing 25 years for murder. Ray and Charlie, two U.S. Marshals recruit a team of specialized convicts to help capture him. The cons will get one month off their own sentences for each criminal they help capture. If they try to escape, their sentences will be doubled.

-The team tracks Tilman as he kills former acquaintances. They soon find out that Tilman was a part of a bank robbery. He’s killing his former associates looking for his cut of the money.

-Tilman kidnaps Kyle Farrel who was part of the robbery and his daughter to get Kyle to lead him to the money. When the team tracks them down, they find Tilman has strapped a bomb to the daughter and is holding a cell phone detonator. 

-Charlie shoots Tilman while he’s talking to Ray.  Ray then stops him from detonating the bomb. The cons head back to their new minimum security facilities to await their next assignment.

-Charlie is a former Marine who has been on desk duty for six years for an as yet unspecified medical issue. Ray was busted for taking money from a perp to buy his daughter a car. He’s living in a halfway house and must hand his weapon over to Charlie at the end of the case.
