Richard comes to Hank for help after he spends a night with a stripper named Holly. While trying to make things right for Karen and her husband, Holly shows up at the house and after hitting on Tyler gets into a fight with Becca and Karen. Becca tells Hank off saying she liked him better when he was in New York. Meanwhile Charlie is visited by a teary eyes Lizzie who was fired by Marcy after she exposed herself to Stu. Charlie ends up sleeping with his son's former nanny just before getting her, her old job back.
Hank: You're going to live to humiliate yourself another day.
