April makes a solid case and promises to protest that she is innocent and books an interview with ABC news. April is worried sick about the interview. After the interview April's nose bleeds and she fears her cancer has returned. Dom tries to speak to her and she blurts it our. He cuddles her.

Beth gets a new job working for a fashion designer and enlists the help of April, Brenna and Greer because she has to throw a fashion show. The fashion designer likes Greer so much that she wants her to model her signature look of the line. Greer is ecstatic, but she feels on edge after coming off the drugs her parents gave her.
