Chuck runs into a runaway government agent that's in a similiar position to him, only his brain is valuable because he's a gadget whiz. Chuck must decide whether to turn this agent in or help him escape from his handlers.
Meanwhile, it's Halloween and the holiday traditionally meant a lot to Chuck and Morgan, and Morgan feels Chuck's been neglecting their friendship. They end up making up by agreeing to wear a two man costume of a sandworm.
