Chuck comes home from work only to be kidnapped by three masked burglers who turn out to be Morgan, Jeff and Lester practicing for Awesome's bachelor party, to which they're not even invired! Chuck then goes into his room where he's studing the Intersect instructions when Beckman pops up on his television and tells him she's doing a 49B on Sarah because of his feelings for her. Awesome pops in the next morning and sees the conference message on the tv and Chuck claims it was a video game. Chuck goes to visit Sarah at the Yogurt Shop and agent Alex Forrest (Tricia Helfer) is in her place. Beckman briefs them on their new mission, a man named Rashad Ahmad, aka Harry Lime, is at the hospital getting a new pacemaker and they have to put a tracking device on it. They also explain to Chuck that the 49-B is assessing whether Sarah is fit to still protect the asset.
Chuck apologizes to Sarah and confesses he's been searching for his father and asks if she can help... Forrest quickly hops in and says no. They then go on the mission and it's at the same hospital where Ellie and Awesome work. They go in where Chuck has an awkward encounter with Rashad's docotr, Mohammad Zamir, where he has to pretend to be a doctor. Meanwhile, Casey attempts to get to the pacemaker but it's protected by a new security system. They plan on stealing Awesome's id tag, and Chuck convinces them to let them do it his way at the Bachelor party that night. He ends up taking Morgan up on his offer to do the bachelor party at the Buy More and they attempt to get Morgan drunk enough to steal the ID. When they find out it's tied around his neck under his shirt, Alex goes in posing as a stripper and ends up shooting Awesome with a tranquilizer after she takes the ID. Just as she shoots him, Chuck walks in and it looks like Awesome heard Chuck say she's gone too far.
At the bunker we find out they successfully bugged the pacemaker and that Sarah has been removed as a handler. Soon, however, Zamir discovers the bug and they move the Harry Lime to a vault and go after who they think did the surgery, Awesome, but end up kidnapping Chuck (who claims to stil be Awesome to protect him). In the vault, Chuck is being forced surgically remove the pacemaker while Sarah helps Alex and Casey figure out they're in the vault and the three of them head there. While they're tyring to open the vault door, Chuck end up defending himself with nitrous and he and Zamir eventually fall on the floor laughing. While high on the nitrous, Zamir ends up admitting the location of the terrorist they were looking for so there's no longer even a need for the bug on the Harry Lime.
In the end Chuck convinces General Beckman that it was Sarah's feeling for him that kept him alive inside the vault when Alex was planning on just blowing it up. Casey even objects to defend Sarah. She ends up getting her job back and Alex leaves. Meanwhile, when she thought she was fired, Sarah looked up the location of Chuck's dad and ends up going with him to find his dad at the end of the episode. The episode opens with the dad opening the trailer door. We don't see him. Of course, we know he's going to be played by Scott Bakula!
Meanwhile, throughout the episode, Ellie struggled wiht trust issues with Devon when she found photos of him getting the lap dance. Poor Devon can't even remember the night because of the tranquilizer. Will they work it out?
Alex [dressed as stripper]: I understand one of you has been a naughty, naughty boy.
Lester: Me, oh my God, pick me, I'm so bad, I've been bad, I've been bad, I'm a bad person, I'm a terrible person.
Jeff: I broke eight and a half commandments on the way to work this morning
