Chuck has to return to his Alma Mater, Stanford, on a homecoming weekend in order to help a former professor who Chuck finds out is a government operative being hunted for a top secret file.  Chuck uses his past experiences to discover the professor's hidden secret and in the process finds out why his former friend and roommate, Bryce Larkin, had him kicked out of Stanford.  Meanwhile, Morgan has problems with the new assistant manager at Buy More.
