Chuck Recap: "Chuck Versus the Predator"

On last night's Chuck, Bartowski was not about to leave finding Orion and the way to get the Intersect out of his head to General Beckman.  Chuck decided to take things into his own hands and actually ended up finding Orion.

What happened from there led to unmanned aircraft (the Predator), a war against a rival Buy More, and Chuck possibly training to be a full fledged agent.  Wait, what?

Yeah, catch up on last night's beginning of the game-changing episods in our "Chuck Versus the Predator" recap.

Recap of Chuck Season Two Spoilers

If we haven't beaten it into your heads enough yet, the second half of season two of Chuck is going to be game-changing.  With the legitimate fear of not getting picked up for season three, Chuck's co-creator, Josh Schwartz, has been teasing a lot about what's to come in the last half of this season.

Miachael Ausiello has compiled a recap list of what's to come for Chuck.  Some of these are old, while some are new on our site:

  • Multiple weddings
  • A shocking death
  • Morgan departs the Buy More
  • Chuck and his father are reunited
  • Chuck and Sarah are going further than they ever have before
  • Chevy Chase
  • The return of Jeffster
  • The return of Bryce
  • The return of the Awesomes
  • A game-changing twist that will (hopefully) launch the show into season 3.

Yeah, we can barely handle the wait, either.

Josh Schwartz on Chuck Season Two Finale

While Chuck has still not been picked up for a third season, Josh Schwartz has recently informed reporters that the season two finale will at least change the show in a way that will satisfy viewers whether the show is picked up for a third season or not.

While Schwartz has previously strayed using the words "game changing" when describing the second have of season two of Chuck, Schwartz recently used those exact words at a group interview at WonderCon.

According to Sci Fi Wire, Schwartz told reporters that "It will end in a way that's going to launch the show into season three with a real—it's a game-changer. I think that it'll be immensely satisfying in its own right, but it also really, really launches the show in a way that, you know, we're already breaking season three stories and can't wait to start telling them."

Josh Schwartz

After talking more about a potential season three, Schwartz went back to say about the season two finale, "This is our finale. This would be our finale whether we knew we were picked up, whether ... we were picked up for next year or five years. This is what we've been wanting to do for a while, and we've had this planned since the beginning of season one."

Plus if it makes you feel better, executive producer Chris Fedak will be pitching season three stories to NBC this week.

Chuck Recap: "Chuck Versus the Suburbs"

In last night's episode of Chuck, Chuck and Sarah finally got a chance to see what their life would be like as a married couple as they were sent on a mission to live together in suburbia to find a Fulcrum agent.

The Dark Intersect

So were Chuck and Sarah able to pull it off when they met their neighbors that included guest stars Andy Richter and Jenny McCarthy?  And what's this about Big Mike getting back in the dating scene?  Find out in our "Chuck Versus the Suburbs" recap.

Vik Sahay Reveals Favorite Chuck Guest Star

Chuck has seen some pretty impressive guest stars already this season including Gary Cole, Dominic Monaghan, and most recently, Jenny McCarthy and Andy Richter last night.  With Scott Bakula and Chevy Chase making appearances later on this season, who do you think Vik Sahay (Lester) said was his favorite guest star?

When asked by the TV Addict, Sahay went with the obvious choice of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Brooklyn Decker but for the least obvious reasons.  It turns out Sahay is a huge tennis nut as he reveals, "The key for me was that she’s Andy Roddick’s fiancee.  Everyone on set was like, 'She’s so beautiful,' while I’m standing their thinking 'Oh My God, she's with Andy Roddick.'"

Chuck and Lester At Work

Look for Decker to appear on Chuck on March 2nd when Lester and Jeff are put in charge of hiring more Buy More employees and set their sites on a supermodel booth babe.

Chuck Preview: "Chuck Versus the Suburbs"

Well as you'll see from this preview clip, Chuck and Sarah are going undercovered as a married couple in the suburbs where their neighbors include guest stars Andy Richter and Jenny McCarthy.  Wait till you see these two fantastic guest stars in their Chuck roles in the clip.

Oh and did we mention this is the first episode that introduces us to the dark intersect plot line?  Yeah, we can't wait either.
