Travis and Wes take up residence in a hotel when they stakeout a writer with ties to an infamous thief who is on the loose. The stakeout stresses their relationship with one another to the max, eventually forcing Travis to act out on his own after he and Wes have a falling out. It becomes clear that the convict isn’t the one with the illegal plan, it’s the writer, who, with the help of a guard, planned to make the millions her own.

Captain Sutton struggles to reconnect with his wife, planting doubts about the true strength of their relationship, and that the problem might actually lay with his wife.
