“The Council” is formed by Laurie in order to cut down on the amount of ribbing the Cul-De-Sac crew gives each other. The council is the rest of the group banding together to come up with a “punishment that fits the crime” for the person who does the ribbing.
Jules takes on a dare by the group to see if she can live on Bobby’s boat like he does for an entire weekend while Bobby gets to live at her place.
Travis enlists the help of Grayson with his proposal to Kirsten. Leading the two of them to become closer.
Kirsten declines Travis’ proposal and runs off leaving Grayson and Jules to pick up the pieces. Jules also wins the dare and Laurie is punished for creating the council.
