Annie is picked to head up a mission involving a defecting Chinese scientist. She helps him get into the United States, but not before they are both poisoned with radiation. They soon realize Annie is okay and Shen the scientist isn't, so she sets out to find the man responsible. Shen doesn't make it out of the hospital alive, but Annie finds the murderer and captures him.
Meanwhile, Annie tells Danielle her CIA secret, and it doesn't go over well. After first hearing the news, Danielle blows up at her sister for not telling her before. Days later, she apologizes, but says that Annie still has to move out.
Also, Joan transfers Jai to Arizona, and he is not happy about it at all.
