They should have gotton rid of Director Strauss. AJ is an important part of that team. How could anyone think the show would be better without her. Criminal Minds is my favorite show and I have been disappointed to see the direction it is taking. If the formula works........why change it?

This is my favorite show of all time and I cried at end of this episode. All the strong female stars are being picked off one by one. I have waiting not so patiently for this show to start this fall and this is what NBC does!!!!! OHHHH I really saddened.

I have watched Criminal Minds since it first started and to get rid of JJ was a big mistake so I guess this will be the beginning downfall for this show. Fans like me will probably move on to something else. If you want to boost rating get rid of the woman causing the problem and keep the group. the way they are. I hate this why mess with a good thing. GET JJ BACK.

Why did JJ leave? How in the world will she ever be replaced? It will not be the same without her. She was a vital part. I don't know if I want to watch this anymore, even if it was my favorite show. How can you do this? Don't you know a good thing when you have it starring you in the face?

No need for her to leave the show. Why? Although it is my favorite show she was a big part of it. She is a big part of the story line every week. Bring her back. Big Mistake to let her go.

I have been a fan of this show from day one. I was very sad when Mandy left because he was a personal favourite from way back. I know that Mandy wanted to leave and so was written off and in with a really good story line. JJ's leaving is so unnecessary, or maybe there were other production issues? She is the quiet member that as Garcia said, the 'glue' that holds the team together. Now Paget is leaving after this season? I dont get it. Some of the production team should share their vission with the fans. We may not like where you want to take this show.

This may be the undoing of this great tv show. The cast is a family we have all come to expect every week. With out J J the family is missing it's heart. This is a mistake that caan't be undone.

I really hate to see JJ leave the show. She's one of my favorite characters on there. I don't understand why she left. Was it her decision or the decision of the network? I think they are going to be very sorry that they let her go.

I love the show and JJ. What I haven't learned as yet is why she has left the show. Was it her decision or the network's? She was such a calming force and articulate member of the team.

I'll miss J.J but please let her return to the show again. Also please don't take Emily away because the show ratings will go down if you take to many of the shows stars away. Can't wait till next Wednesday to see what happens as this is my favorite show
