I didn't like this episode at all. There were so many unanswered questions to who she was. It came on and she was already working there and nobody knew her. There is already a problem between her and Strauss and she had an attitude.

The characters of Criminal Minds have synergy---each character is integral to the effectiveness of the program. It is sad to see Paget go---she was a dynamic character whose "stoic" facial expressions left you glued to your seat waiting to find the unsub. I do hope Paget comes back---she played the best female actor role in a suspense program!

It was on last night in Canada. Good episode. Odd dynamics between Blake and the rest of the team. Maybe it was just this one episode and things will smooth out later. Loved the last scene!
