The BAU is called in to investigate the kidnappings of three people in Memphis.

The Unsub has the three tied up and hanging by their hands in a basement.  Wearing a pig mask, the Unsub tortures one of them by sodomizing him with a poker.  Eventually, the boy is freed, but only after he is disfigured with hydrochloric acid.

The BAU discovers that the Unsub is actually the sister of a girl who was gang raped at a frat party.  In an effort to ensure she wouldn't recall what happened, they forced her to drink an entire bottle of vodka.  The subsequent alcohol poisoning and hypothermia induced a heart attack and brain damage.  After being in a coma and brain-dead for a year, she was finally taken off of life support.

Now grieving, the surviving sister (Sheila) kidnaps a final victim, one of the boys who was at the frat party.  She gets a confession from him about what happened.

Then, she goes to one of the other captives named Mike, who had forced the ER doc who had treated the rape victim (Lauryn-Anne) to change his report to read that the sex she had was consensual.  Enraged, she kills him with a poker.

Just when Sheila is about to kill one of her other captives, the BAU busts in and convinces her to drop her weapon.

Meanwhile, Morgan and his girlfriend are going through rough waters.  Knowing that his plans with her are always subject to the demands of his job, he has sought to allow her to walk away. 

JJ gives him a pep talk, suggesting that his choices are simple: either he wants the relationship or not.  And if not, that he needs to be clear on his choice, and realize that he is destined to be alone.

Morgan decides to fight for his relationship, and he tells Savannah that he loves her.
