Recap

With Halloween approaching, the couples performed holiday themed routines, two of which featured performances by Ella Henderson and Nikki Yanofsky.

Len Goodman also returned this week to his place at the judges' table.

Tommy and Peta began the night with a quickstep that got plenty of praise from the judges, with Len Goodman saying Tommy is "easy on the eye" and "very watchable."

Lea and Artem's Argentine Tango was called "efficient and accurate" by Bruno, and inspired a little bit of a pep talk from Julianne. They earned a score of 34.

Bethany and Derek's Paso Doble impressed the judges, though Len complained that the dance was lost in the whole "production" of it. Still, they earned the highest score of the night with a 39.

Antonio and Cheryl danced a Viennese Waltz that disappointed the judges. Carrie Ann called it "uncomfortable to watch" and Len said it was "hectic." They earned a score of 27.

Michael and Emma danced a Jive that didn't go over very well at all, only earning a score of 20.

Janel and Val danced a Viennese Waltz to the Pretty Little Liars theme song, which earned a score of 31.

Bruno called Alfonso and Witney's Rumba "captivating." This dance was applauded for being "proper" and earned a score of 36.

Sadie and Mark danced a Paso Doble that was entertaining to watch despite some criticism from the judges. The dance earned a score of 30.

This week also featured the team dances, which were Halloween Themed freestyle routines. And another couple was eliminated at the end of the show.
