EJ (James Scott) discovers moving men repossessing his furniture per Stefano's orders. He confronts Stefano, who reminds him that EJ put everything in his father's name to protect his assets.

Kate and Philip visit Lucas in jail and try to convince him to plead not guilty by reason of temporary insanity. They want Sami to testify in court that what she put him through caused him to snap. Sami balks at making herself look bad and refuses to go along with their defense strategy.
