Alfredo approaches Sherlock about a case of blackmail in which Sherlock and Joan take. Three girls are being blackmailed by the release of rape videos including them, and one of the fathers is behind the whole case. Holmes has reached his one year sobriety anniversary only to reveal that it's a lie by 24 hours and cannot except the coin but accepts the truth of his one year sobriety.
