While teaching Meg to drive, Peter accidentally hits a satellite dish, knowing out the town's television.  He offers Meg her own car if she takes the blame.  However, Peter, himself, can't handle no television and drives the family insane.  Meanwhile, to avoid eating broccoli, Stewie attempts to invent a weather controlling device to destroy all vegetables.
