Peter, still unemployed, takes a job as a fishermen and buys a boat at a police auction.  He finds himself in money problems with a loan shark and attempts to catch Daggermouth, a legendary fish to get the money he needs.  Meanwhile, Lois attempts to cheer up Meg on a spring break trip where she gets all the attention.
