On this episode, the family decides to find Chris a hobby, which leads him to Franz, a seemingly harmless owner of a puppet store.
Mr. Herbert, the neighborhood pervert, sees Chris with Franz and panics, recognizing him as a Nazi.
When Chris stumbles onto Franz’s Nazi paraphernalia, he is locked in the basement, along with Peter, until Mr. Herbert rescues them.
