Recap

The episode opens with a plot about Peter being selected for jury duty, but quickly switches to a doomsday scenario when Quahog 5 News reveals a blackhole is about to swallow up Earth.  After some silly end-of-the-world jokes, Peter ends up admitting he doesn't like his kids just before the countdown clock.  It's revealed that the whole thing was an April Fool's joke, but it's too late, the kids heard what Peter says.  He ends up winning them back by buying them an XBox.
