The Griffins open their own restaurant, but when it fails to attract customers, Joe offers to bring his friends by.  Peter is excited to have his restaurant become a local hangout for the cops, but finds out Joe brings his handicap friends over.  Peter attempts to ban them, but a twist of irony changes his mind.
