When Spooner Street wins a float contest for Harvest Day parade, a street-wide war breaks out. Meanwhile, Meg gets a job at a pancake house to raise money for a new handbag. She brings Stewie with her and pretends he's her illegitimate crack baby to get more tips. Child services then comes by and deems the household unfit and takes Stewie.
Stewie: "Kevin Smith because he's too fat to ride on the plane!"
