-Peter and Jared bet Rachel that their case will bring more prestige to the firm than hers. Rachel's gets more legal prestige but the boys' case gets more media attention. Rachel lets them take the win.

-Peter and Jared defend a fisherman who was fined $25,000 for being rescued out in rough water, only he says he didn't need to be rescued.

-The boys prove that a rival fishing company made the call saying he needed to be rescued and then stole his boat while it was left at sea. 

-Rachel and Damien defend a psychic who was fired from her financial firm. With Carmen's help they prove she was really fired because her associate was afraid she could see that he'd lied about his education and had only graduated from a community college, not an ivy league school as he claimed.

-The psychic tells Damien that she sees him behind bars in the future.

-The boys pick up a sofa they find outdoors. It turns out to be Rob Lowe's sofa which was being cleaned. Stanton has had an ongoing rivalry with Lowe and refuses to give it back but later it disappears from the living room.
