To pay off debt Planet Express’ debt the men decide they need to have a girl of the month calendar while the women thing they should use the ship as an airline.

They don’t have enough female employees for the woman of the month calendar so they decide to try being an airline. Things do go well and the group crash lands on an alien planet that doesn’t know what “gender” is.

The group splits into men and women and goes through challenges and questions to prove to the “Neuchachos” which gender is superior. In the end the Neuchacho doesn’t think either gender is superior and removes all forms of gender specific anatomy.

When the group realizes they can’t make love they demand to have their parts back. The Neuchacho accepts but ends up giving the ladies parts to the men and vice versa.

The group now has enough women for a woman of the month calendar allowing them to pay their bills and their genders are corrected.
